God’s gift of grace frees us to release
our heavy burdens to Jesus and take on a new yoke with him.
How do we then live a life of action in response to the lead
of the Holy Spirit? Grace is not opposed to actions of response,
it is opposed to the thought of earning something for that
action. Passionate grace is a response of utter thankfulness.
As we begin the year, may we be renewed in our spirit by
thankfulness and expectation as we live the grace-filled
life with passion. (Romans 12:1; Acts 27:21-25)
