of Grace

Isaiah 43:2, Exodus 14:15-16,
What became of the grace we received when we accepted Jesus as our Savior?
After joyfully unwrapping our new-found salvation, many set the gift box
of grace on the shelf not realizing there was more in the box! Yes, whole-life
stewardship involves proactive attention to our health, our relationships,
or our spiritual giftings. These are vitally important. But, at its core,
whole-life stewardship is grounded in our understanding of what we were given
when we became Jesus-followers. Tonight we will consider this: The gift of
God's grace is more than salvation. But, we can't steward something we don't
know (or don't remember!) we have.
