Saved from Death by Death . . . and Life

Every death is a loss and brings pain. But Jesus changed the impact of death. The Bible says he “destroyed death.” He made death ineffective. Even though he experienced the reality of death he came back to tell about it. Jesus death was interrupted by the resurrection. He came back and presented himself to his disciples winning the victory over death. (1 Corinthians 15:17-20)
