Prayer for the
Nation

The National Day of Prayer is Thursday, May
7. We will dedicate Saturday evening, May 2, to a time of
prayer for our nation, its leaders, needs, people, etc. We
will end with communion as a symbol of our commitment to
join Jesus in his life saving mission for all people. Please
come prepared to lift up to God those items of concern you
have for our nation at this time. 2 Chronicles 7:14 states, “If
my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves
and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways,
then will I hear from heaven and forgive their sin and heal
their land.”
