| "Hi, I Love You,
Gotta Run" -- Mark McCulley
Healthy relationships come from focused time spent together.
We need that time to grow emotionally close, build trust and
decide we have a true friend.
It's the same in our relationship with God - it takes time.
But in our hurried world, time is usually the last thing we
believe we can afford.
So, let's investigate and practice one simple, restful way
to spend time with our Maker and Savior; a way that will build
our awareness of him, our trust and our love for him.
Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth,
Where moth and rust consume and
Where thieves break in and steal;
But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven,
Where neither moth nor rust consumes and
Where thieves do not break in and steal.
For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
- Matthew 6:19-21
