The bread and the wine of communion represent
and remind us of what was necessary for us to live a new
life in Christ. He lived fully human and fully God. He suffered
and he died. He was resurrected in power and glory. It is
by taking the bread and wine that we are reminded of all
that Jesus was, is, and will be in our lives. How do you
remember Jesus? What do you remember about Jesus? How does
Jesus speak to you through the bread and the wine, the symbols
of communion? (22:14-23)
