Are Invited to Dine with the King

Many today (me/you?) chase after the ‘bread’ of
this world. But does it really satisfy our deepest hunger?
We are offered a greater bread — the bread of life — Christ
alone. God offers everyone the opportunity to gain life by
way of Jesus’ flesh and blood. Each time we partake
of Communion we have the opportunity to dine with and believe
in Jesus — for our spiritual daily bread. (John 6:25-59).
