We Must Decide – The Challenge of Stewardship
in Times of Need (pt. 2)

God is Creator, Owner, and Giver of all we
have and all we see around us. What we have are resources
we can spend, invest, or save. By borrowing we are able to
spend what we do not have. God calls on us to make decisions
regarding our money and other resources. One of the first
things we see the New Testament church doing is sharing resources.
It is easy to live and make decisions in a time of abundance
but what about times of scarcity? As followers of Jesus,
we receive, we manage, and we share what God has provided.
(1 Timothy 6:6-19).
