Living in Unity

What does unity have to do with the way I live? Our culture
teaches that everything is for me - mine and no one else.
I am the big “important one” - number one, numero
uno! Does the Bible say anything about “US” or
is it all about “ME” and Jesus? What’s the
big deal of connecting with a community of believers rather
than only revolving around my little self? Does it have anything
to do with the depth and maturity of our relationship with
God being reflected in how we treat each other? The letter
to the Ephesians could have been written to our generation.
Paul was very concerned about how the people related to one
another. Let’s open the letter together and read what
the author has to say to us today. |
